This feature allows you to open live chat sessions with other operators. To ensure operator productivity, ChatStat can also be set to only allow this type of chat.
Customers and operators may download and/or print a transcript of any conversation. Additionally, operators may retain a chat log of any operator-to-visitor or operator-to-operator chat.
