How we determine the price for ChatStat Sync Speed
By default, and for the first seven day trial that begins when you install ChatStat, we will set your ChatStat sync speed to real time. What this means is that IP addresses data, conversation request, and data for MovingGraph analytics are delivered instantaneously. For small to medium size businesses it is our intention to offer real time chat sync speed for little or no cost. However, for larger companies who's websites receive tens of thousands of visitors a day, the ChatStat Sync speed cost will increase so that we can cover the cost of our bandwidth. ChatStat uses the very latest in Ajax Technology, as well as several of our own proprietary COMPRESSION technologies to minimize the cost of bandwidth involved with providing REAL TIME statistics and live chat services, however the amount of bandwidth needed can sometimes be very demanding.
