To understand the shortcuts on ChatStat's GUI (Graphical User Interface), the number(s) on the right (picture below) show the feature(s), and the text on the left describe the feature(s) to you.

Settings & Preferences, View, Global Connect, Global Disconnect, Sort Contacts, Add/Remove Contacts, Set Online/Away/Offline Status and Exit.

2. Tasks
Get WebSite HTML, Conferences, Operator Manager and Website Statistics.

3. Features On Demand
Manage Your Features On Demand (FOD).

4. Settings
Preferences and Settings Management.

5. Operator
This is what an operator looks like when ONLINE.

6. Web Visitor
This is what a web visitor looks like when on your website.

7. Fly-Up and Close Fly-Up
If you want to hide an entire section, use this. To open, repeat.

8. Contacts
This is where you can find all of your IM buddies.

9. Websites & Contacts
To navigate to the main view (as shown on the picture), use this.

10. IM Control Bar
Use the IM control bar to quickly setup and manage all IM clients.

11. Status Bar
The status bar will inform you about your current status of ChatStat.

12. Call Center & Dial Pad
To navigate to the Callback Center and Dial Pad, use this.

13. Call Requests
To see any current call requests, use this.

14. Global Network Status
This shows ChatStat's network status of the Account Server, Web Visitor Server, and Web Chat Server.
