To disable departments or operator specific drop down choices to web visitors, use following these steps:
1.) Navigate to the FEATURE ON DEMAND menu and then open the LOGO AND COVERSATION WINDOW EDITOR.
2.) On the left hand side click EDIT CHAT WINDOW TEMPLATE. This will take you to the screen below.
3.) Click on the second tab (CHAT WINDOW TEXT) to load the below editor:
4.) On the bottom right side, notice the two options HIDE OPERATOR and HIDE DEPARTMENT. These options will allow you to turn either choice ON or OFF to the visitor.
