Instant Loading Client Side Chat Window

If you wish to initiate a chat with a user who is browsing your web site, all you need to do is double-click on their IP address from the main ChatStat IM Control Panel. This will launch a window on the visitor’s browser which instantly opens and asks them if they wish to receive help while they shop or browse your site. If they accept, an instant messenger like chat window opens on both sides and you can chat live with that person.

You can also transfer them; direct them; see the page they are on; and. you can also view all previous conversations you have had with them. ChatStat is a Pop-Up stopper compliant, proactive chat system. What this means is you do not see any annoying pop up alerts on the web visitor side.

Multiple Concurrent Conversations

The moment a customer arrives at your website, a small, almost undetectable sound will play. Your customer's IP address will appear. You can instantly see where they came from; their search engine and keyword; what page they are on; their IP address; and, other valuable information!

Operator Aware ONLINE/OFFLINE Icons

Your clients can instantly see if you have operators online or not. Furthermore, they can drill down to see if individual operators are available for chat. You can even leave an operator whom you know is off-line a message by selecting them specifically.

Call Center Management

When a customer requests help, be it by phone, callback, or email response, you and your fellow operators will all receive a “Callback Request” in a centralized and network aware Call Center system.

GridView

At the touch of a button, you can switch from the tall think and small footprint “IM View” to the FULL SCREEN “GridView” Mode. Using GridView, you can see as much as your screen will hold presented in an easy-to-understand, sortable spreadsheet-like view. This allows operators to view 100’s or even 1000’s of visitors on your site with no problem. You can also enable FILTERING which allows further control of the GridView system.

Inter-Office Only Mode

If the company owner or administrator wants to use our IM client for inter-office communications only, he need only disable outside IM clients (such as AIM, ICQ, etc.). Because ChatStat allows all operators within a company to chat with each other freely, but only see other company members, our software is ideal for interoffice instant messaging communication without the risk of allowing “buddies” outside of the office to be available for non-business related chat. All conversations are also logged.

Email Chat Transcripts

At the conclusion of every chat with a customer, an email is automatically sent to the visitor which includes the time and date, and a copy of the chat transcript.

Typing Indicator

After you have entered into a conversation with a cutomer, you can use this feature to find out if your customer is idle or typing a response.

GEO IP Locator

Instantly know where people are from by viewing their location on a physical map. You can then instantly use this information to accurately determine the best language pair to use when speaking with them. This tool is also very useful as a way to qualify web visitors.

Rapid streaming of pre-crunched data directly to your PC.

Our MovingGraph system is made possible by our unique data streaming technology which stores all of your website and chat statistics information on your own local hard drive, making it instantly available. As your sites traffic information arrives at our servers, it is crunched down into summary reports which are then transmitted in real time to the ChatStat instant messenger client. This information drives real time results into both the dashboard fly-out and the “MovingGraph” system. Internet access is not needed to view stats. Take them with you on your notebook and go!

Direct Support for All Major Instant Messenger Clients

ChatStat supports AIM, ICQ, YAHOO, MSN, and Google Talk. Because ChatStat directly supports all of these major instant messenger mediums, it means you do not have to have multiple IM clients open at once. By using ChatStat to connect with all of your accounts and your website visitors at the same time, only one program is needed.

Canned Responses and Initial Chat Greetings

Create pre-made greetings and responses to questions you answer all of the time. Then when you need it, just hit the shortcut key to paste the info into a conversation without having to retype it each time.

Operator-to-Operator Chat

This feature allows you to open live chat sessions with other operators.

"Right-Click” Transfer

This feature allows you to transfer any live chat from one operator to another simply by right-clicking on the user and choosing to whom you wish to transfer. This novel, but simple approach is superior to the current 3 or 4-step process other programs use to achieve the same thing, a simple transfer.

Chat Buttons on Secure Pages

Our software fully supports 128-bit SSL encryptions at all times. This ensures all conversations are private, and stay private. Furthermore, our chat icon can be placed in secured environments such as the check-out area of a shopping cart without causing an alert or error.

Text File Log Sets of Every Conversation

As conversations occur during the normal course of using live chat, our software can optionally record these to text files, neatly sorted in directories by IP or handle.

Setup Wizard

Wizards will guide you through your initial setup and ensure placing your code can be accomplished quickly and easily. Other wizards can help you through all parts of our system.

Context Sensitive Help

Throughout our software, you will notice a small symbol with a question mark in it. Clicking on one of these will provide you specific help for the function on that page you need assistance with.

Push Link

If you type a url into any area of the software, it will automatically translate it for, broadcast to an end user, and open it for them. Using this system, you can easily guide your customer to the product they may be asking about. As always, the customer may accept or decline the offer.

Minimized Task Bar Operation with Optional Balloon Pop-up Alerts

As the program sits in your task bar, it can optionally alert you of a new chat request or simply just open the chat window automatically.

Downloadable Chat Transcripts and Chat History

Customers and operators may download and/or print a transcript of any conversation. Additionally, operators may retain a chat log of any operator-to-visitor or operator-to-operator chat.
